Prisma, the crazy image-filtering app probably the most advanced technological invention for Smartphone users in the recent days. The app applies artificial intelligence algorithms to transform chosen images into a standard artwork. Its filters can go through various layers of image to regenerate an filtering result. Developed by Prisma Labs Inc, the PRISMA app is now the most widely used photo editing app among the users. In the beginning it could only be used via an iPhone but recently developers released a version for the Android users. This app has become so much popular because it is very simple to use. Following is a step by step guide on how to use Prisma on your phone.

Step 1: get the app from Apple store for iPhone or Google Play store for android devices by simply download and install it. This app has a size of 7 MB for Android and 16.1 MB for iPhone.

Step 2: Once installed, open the app. The app starts with turning your camera on. You may take a new photo or you may choose a photo of your liking from the photo gallery. The selecting from photo gallery option can be found on the bottom left corner of your screen. Beside this you will find two more options ‘switch to front camera’ in the middle and ‘settings’ in the bottom right. If you open ‘settings’, it will give you options like ‘save original photos’, ‘save artworks automatically’ and ‘enable watermarks’.

Step 3: Once a photo is selected, you will get the option to crop or rotate it. Then you have to select a filter for your photo. You will find as many as 30 filters to apply to your photo. These filters represent the artworks of great artists like Picasso, Van Gogh, Levitan, Munch and Picabia. You may apply the filter you like best.

Step 4: After applying the filter, you now have the liberty to share it on Facebook and Instagram or you can send it via Email, Airdrop, iMessage, Whatsapp or Snapchat. You may also save it for future references. The choice is yours.
